2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Annual Subscriptions Only)

At ARIA AI Tutor, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your annual subscription purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time:

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us at info@ariaaitutor.com
• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
• No Cancellation Fee: We do not charge any cancellation fees
• Auto-Renewal: Cancelling your subscription will stop future auto-renewals, but will not affect the current billing cycle

4. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

• Annual subscription plan only - Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds
• Request the refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
• This must be your first subscription purchase with ARIA AI Tutor
• Provide a valid reason for your refund request
• Your account must not have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@ariaaitutor.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your registered email address, order/transaction ID, and the date of purchase
3. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
4. Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
5. Refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days of acknowledgment

6. Refund Processing & Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
• For UPI/Net Banking payments: Refund will be credited within 5-7 business days
• For Credit/Debit Card payments: Refund will be credited within 7-10 business days
• Your subscription access will be terminated upon refund approval
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Monthly subscription plans - No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
• Partial month usage or unused subscription time beyond 30 days
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms)
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Free trial conversions after the trial period has ended

8. Service Deficiency

In cases where the service is deficient, not as described, or not delivered as promised, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 30-day period, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Please contact us with details of the service deficiency, and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of India. In case of any disputes:

• We encourage you to first contact us at info@ariaaitutor.com to resolve the matter amicably
• If unresolved, you may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum/Commission as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction
